When you sell a device to us through webuy2.com, your sale is final once:

If, upon inspection, the item does not match the description you provided (e.g. wrong model, damage not disclosed, locked or blacklisted device), we will:

You can accept the new offer or request a free return of the device
β οΈ Important: Once payment is issued, the device becomes the property of weBuy LLC and cannot be returned.
3. Refunds β If You Buy a Product from Us
In case you purchase a product from our site (if applicable):

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or significantly not as described

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

If we revise your quote and you reject it, weβll cover the return shipping of your item

If a return is approved after a purchase, return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error was ours

You may cancel a device sale request before shipping it to us. Once shipped and inspected, cancellation is no longer possible unless you reject a revised offer.
