1. Overview

At weBuy LLC, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund or return. Please read this policy carefully before sending or receiving any devices.


2. Returns – Selling Your Device to Us

When you sell a device to us through webuy2.com, your sale is final once:

  • The item is received and inspected by our team

  • The final offer is accepted by you (if revised)

  • The payment has been issued

βœ… Eligible for Return (Before Payment Only):

If, upon inspection, the item does not match the description you provided (e.g. wrong model, damage not disclosed, locked or blacklisted device), we will:

  • Send you a revised offer via email

  • You can accept the new offer or request a free return of the device

⚠️ Important: Once payment is issued, the device becomes the property of weBuy LLC and cannot be returned.


3. Refunds – If You Buy a Product from Us

In case you purchase a product from our site (if applicable):

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or significantly not as described

  • To initiate a return, email webuyllc.339@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

Refund Process:

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Devices sold to us and paid for

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Devices with removed parts or altered software

  • Items not in the condition originally sent


5. Shipping Costs

  • If we revise your quote and you reject it, we’ll cover the return shipping of your item

  • If a return is approved after a purchase, return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error was ours


6. Cancellations

You may cancel a device sale request before shipping it to us. Once shipped and inspected, cancellation is no longer possible unless you reject a revised offer.
