We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. -

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrierβs website.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at webuyllc.339@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
weBuy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping Electronics to Us (Buyback Orders)
If you're shipping a device to weBuy LLC as part of a buyback or trade-in program:

You will receive detailed shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

weBuy LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged due to improper packaging or if the package is not dropped off/shipped as instructed.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Hazardous materials (such as damaged lithium batteries) may be restricted and require special handling or may not be accepted.
